Gorsey is a set of kitchenware designed for making gorse flower syrup. Gorse is a wild yellow edible flower native to UK, it has many recipies for making drinks, bakeries and desserts. It is commonly foraged in rural areas but not in the city. This design eases the process of making gorse flower syrup by setting out the orders and proportions of each ingredients. It demonstrates this source of wild food and encourages people to forage in the city.
